I began making stencils as a past-time during my field season and I found it very therapeutic and rewarding. I have always had a fascination with animals, so my art work usually incorporates them in some way. I try to focus on animals that are listed as either endangered, threatened or of special concern, in hopes my artwork can bring awareness to issues surrounding them. My goal is to one day fuse my two passions of wildlife conservation and this form of art and sell my paintings for money that will go towards conservation initiatives around the world. I began putting my stencils on shirts, and eventually started making them for other people as well. I have recently started to put my designs on canvas, mostly because I ran out of blank clothing, but I am happy with the results so far.
If you have suggestions of stencils I should consider doing, or would like a custom design done, please contact me.
